Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DesPrep (“the Service”), operated at desprep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Billing

DesPrep offers two paid plans in addition to a free tier:

• Monthly — $9.99/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day you subscribed. You will be charged $9.99 USD at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
• Lifetime — $49 one-time. A single, non-recurring charge of $49 USD grants permanent access to all current and future content on the Service.

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at davidk@desprep.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and cannot be cancelled or transferred.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on Monthly and Lifetime purchases requested within 7 days of the original charge, provided you have not used a substantial portion of the paid content during that period.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Partial-month refunds for Monthly subscribers who cancel mid-cycle are not provided.

To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at davidk@desprep.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute account credentials or paid content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DesPrep — including but not limited to problem sets, expert Desmos replays, instructional text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to DesPrep and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific SAT score improvements or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
