Questions about billing
What do I get without paying?
The first two official SAT skills, complete — every practice problem, the live Desmos calculator, the step feedback and the expert replays. No credit card, and it does not expire. Two of the Desmos guides also show a preview without an account, and the guide to using Desmos on the digital SAT is free to read in full.
What is the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Nothing but how you pay. Both unlock all 19 skills and every problem. Monthly is $9.99 and renews until you cancel; Lifetime is $49 once and includes skills added later. Lifetime costs about five months of Monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Lifetime is a single payment with nothing to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All purchases are final, on Monthly and Lifetime alike. That is exactly why the first two skills are free and complete with no credit card — try the real thing first, and only pay if it works for you.
Is there a free trial?
No, and deliberately. A trial that quietly turns into a charge is worse than a free tier that does not. The two free skills are the trial, and they stay free.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, with a card. DesPrep never sees or stores your card details.
